If you are new to our plan, then welcome! You've picked a great month to get started. We begin the year with an adventurous month because well, let's face it - you've been together a long time and its easy to let the adventures slip by. 

A big or exciting adventure does not have to be dramatic or expensive - it can be simply something adventurous FOR YOU TWO. For us Lambs, this might mean we hop on the subway and enjoy a day in the city. For you it could be going bowling or going to a charity event - just because.

Whatever it is, do it together and let the adventure begins!

January kicks off Adventure month. Really - when is the last time you two did anything out of the ordinary? Well it is probably about time! Find some ideas here on our site, in our book or on our Facebook page and lets get started!!!

A recent study just released says we're all addicted to love - at least at first! It seems that falling in love (which only takes a fifth of a second by the way) is similar to the high one receives from doing cocaine. Now, we would not be able to make a first person comparison here so we will have to take their word for it. But couldn't they have come up with a more positive comparison - like giving birth to a child or your favorite baseball team winning the world series?
