November is Togetherness Month
It may sound odd after a whole year (almost) of being better partners - but togetherness month is designed for good reason.
This month, take a moment to think about all you do separately. And then, think about which times you would prefer your partner to be with you for a change. Maybe you always go grocery shopping by yourself? Or maybe you never seem to make it into the hot tub at the same time anymore? Well, this month your efforts should be on coming together. Hopefully you will create new memories and hey, you may even find out that doing the dishes is more fun as a duo!

Togetherness MonthThis month is all about putting aside some quality time to be together. You may be thinking you can skip this month because, “we are together all the time”. That may be the case, but how much of that time together do you spend really enjoying and appreciating one another? The correct answer is “it’s never enough”. The person that you have chosen as your partner deserves every bit of your attention, and here’s an opportunity to show it. During Togetherness Month we encourage you both to take additional time to be together physically and emotionally (and spiritually if you are so inclined). It doesn’t require that you take a big vacation to the Bahamas or to send the kids off to boarding school. It simply requires you to carve out some extra time at home or elsewhere and to commit that time to being with each other.
